For all the foodies in the Columbus area we present to you Coalescence, a POP-UP RESTAURANT. A prexsititing restaurant is taken over by other chefs for one day creating an exciting new menu, presenting to you their talents and skills for other foodies to enjoy and bring the community together. For just one evening only we bring to you this special opportunity to taste the world in just one bite. Each dish is unique blend of two countries local foods or specialties coalesced into one delectable dish.


Multiple courses taking your taste buds around the world in just one evening. Cooking dishes you have never experienced before and bringing depth and new levels of flavors into a foodies life. A glance into some the savory dishes you will receive included a play on traditional El Salvadorian tamales, Indonesian taro root, Peruvian ceviche, British oxtail, Mexican mole sauce, French foiegras, freshwater prawn, scallops, and tuna.


There are two options available for this evening’s palate adventure:

*1st Session includes a 7 course Prix fixe menu per person:                 Bread, 3 Appetizers, 2 Entrees, 2 Desserts.

*2nd Session includes a 9 course Prix fixe menu per person:          Bread, 4 Appetizers, 3 Entrees, 2 Desserts.

The 9-course Menu served at the 8pm seating!
Appetizers:
- Seafood cheviche served with fried yucca
- Oxtail soup with platanos rellenos
- Flaky biscuit filled with andouille sausage, green peppers, & onions, topped with foie gras foam and strawberry couli
- Taro root gnocchi with a miso creme sauce and maitake mushrooms

Entrees:
- Herb crusted tuna on a cold soba noodle salad with smoked grapes and taziki sauce

- Roasted corn pasta with a large head-on prawn, chocolate poblano cream sauce, and toasted pepitas
- Deconstructed lamb tamales with a spicy sofrito sauce and a seared scallop with a mojo verde sauce

Dessert
- Mexican chocolate bravarian cream topped with chocolate ganache on a chocolate torte
- White chocolate rum truffle coated with toasted coconut

If you would like to enhance your palate’s experience we do offer a suggested wine pairing throughout your meal and it will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

This evening’s adventure will be featuring culinary creations made by: Stephanie Kincaid, pastry chef, Bliss Santos, chef, Todd Elder, chef, and Nicolette Setola, chef.
